In the almost five years I've shot professionally, I have never had a client leave their session unsure of how it would turn out. I am a very laid back, go with the flow kind of girl but know when to kick things into high gear and get down to it. Typically during portrait sessions, I talk way too much and do my best to make you as comfortable as I can in front of my camera. I cannot make anyone look a certain way but I do my best to pose you candidly through simple prompts. These prompts make it easier to get fluid motion and natural smiles and laughs. I want my photos to be as authentic as possible and I do my very best to hype you up from the start. I know it can be nerve racking when you have anticipated your session for weeks or moths but there is truly NOTHING to worry about when you're working with me. I am no one to impress or worry about! When you book with me, you pay a retainer, sign your contract and I get down to planning your session out.
For weddings, the booking is the easy part. Along the way, I will help you plan and get your timeline together. On the day of your wedding, I do a lot of the time-management and keeping you on track with your timeline while also not pushing you to rush or hurry through things. I like to think that after 50+ weddings shot all by myself, I have seen just about everything there is to see... Your special day will be unique for you but nothing out of the ordinary for me. You can trust that you're in good hands and your forever photos are going to be worth it all. I pay a great deal of attention towards details and everything that goes into the wedding that you have worked so hard to plan, and all the little moments that happen in between. I aim to preserve all those tender hugs, soft touches, hand squeezes, and all the love shown that day. So you can look back on those photos and generations to come.

"I used Miranda for a newborn bundle. She photographed my gender reveal, maternity photos, and did our newborn photos also! I was SO thankful to have her at our gender reveal because all of my friends and family could be PRESENT & surprised along with us. Miranda KILLED my maternity photos. I will forever be obsessed with this. She made my vision come to life and made me feel beautiful! When she did my newborn session, my baby girl wouldn’t sleep like I wanted and was pretty fussy, but with the newborn package I got 2 hours with this session and she allowed me to feed my baby, take all the time I needed to try and calm her, and she even calmed my baby too and we were able to get some good photos!!!
